On a dry June evening, we travelled to Cardiff to The Clink restaurant at HMP Cardiff, where we enjoyed a delicious three course meal, followed by tea / coffee and served by prisoners working towards City and Guilds, NVQs in Food Preparation and Customer Service. This was followed by an interesting talk about the success of The Clink.
